Free help and support is available to all Victorians of all ages.

Support is also available for families, friends and carers of people who are experiencing mental health issues.

Our team is available 9am – 10pm weekdays and 9am – 5pm weekends.We can also assist with access and navigation to Mental Health and Wellbeing Local and Hub Services, please contact us or call 1300 375 330 for more information.

Mental Health and Wellbeing Local is a free service supporting Victorians aged 26 years and over to get mental health and wellbeing support, closer to home

What support is available?

Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs provide a range of support, including:

  • Short term wellbeing support tailored to a person’s individual needs
  • Social and community connections to support personal recovery, as well as linking across services and helping people, their family, carers and supporters to manage stressful situations, such as threats of homelessness, financial difficulties and social isolation.

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Local will offer a range of options:

  • Treatment and therapies
  • person-centred wellbeing supports
  • education, peer support and self-help
  • consumer led care planning and coordination with other service providers.

Do I need a referral?

You do not need a referral from a GP or health professional to access support through a Mental Health and Wellbeing Local and Hub Service.

Simply call 1300 375 330 to chat about your needs or drop by one of our walk-in services.

Refer someone you know

If you would like to refer someone you know, you must first discuss this with them and have their consent to make the referral on their behalf. We encourage referrals from people who identify as LGBTIQ, culturally diverse, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people, veterans and people experiencing homelessness. To refer someone else, please use the below referral form for the service providing Partners in Wellbeing in your region.
